We are seeking a proficient ERP Manager with extensive experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and developing robust dashboards in Microsoft Business Insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our IT infrastructure, focusing on both maintaining and advancing our ERP systems. The role demands a proactive approach to developing functionalities, ensuring data integrity, and leading all IT-related operations within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
> ERP System Management: Administer and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring its peak performance. Safeguard the accuracy and security of data within the ERP system.
> Dashboard and Functionality Development: Craft and deploy advanced dashboards and functionalities using Microsoft Business Insights to provide critical business insights that drive decision-making.
> IT Security: Formulate and uphold stringent data security policies and procedures, including risk management and disaster recovery plans. Regularly update and monitor security measures.
> Troubleshooting and Support: Lead in addressing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks throughout the organization.
> IT Infrastructure: Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, manage the installation and maintenance of network systems, and guarantee the consistent availability of IT services.
> Vendor Management: Manage negotiations and contracts with IT vendors and service providers to secure cost-effective technology solutions.
> Team Leadership: Direct and mentor the IT team, oversee staffing, and provide training to boost skills and performance.
> Budget Management: Develop and control the IT budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and aligning technology investments with organizational objectives.
> Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all IT operations adhere to regulatory standards. Compile and deliver regular reports on IT operations, challenges, and advancements.
> Project Management: Supervise multiple IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the project specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
– Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience as an IT Manager, with a significant emphasis on ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
– Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Business Insights for dashboard development, data systems, network management, and security protocols.
– Leadership and Project Management: Excellent project management abilities and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing dynamic teams.
– Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Outstanding problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
– Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with senior management.
