Job Description:

The Estimator plays a crucial role in calculating the wattage and the number of heaters required to effectively heat clients’ homes or spaces. The role requires analyzing measurements or floorplans provided by clients to create accurate and efficient heating solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately complete quotes for prospective customers using provided measurements or floorplans.
2. Provide support to the Sales Team and the main Estimator/Sales Support Coordinator.
3. Gather and evaluate lead information to determine adequacy for estimate preparation.
4. Communicate and coordinate with the team for additional data collection if necessary.
5. Triage quote requests based on priority and organizational goals.
6. Utilize trained methods to determine the best process for estimating.
7. Ensure all estimates comply with the quality checklist and follow correct processes.
8. Assist in various administrative and ad-hoc tasks related to estimating and sales operations.
9. Manage assigned deals, ensuring timely creation and review of quotes before lead meetings with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
10. Maintain Sales Pipeline Hygiene.
11. Oversee Fulfillment Pipeline Hygiene.
12. Conduct Internal and External Research.
13. Perform Data Entry tasks as required.
