As an Estimator with Demstos, you will play a pivotal role in accurately assessing the scope and cost of demolition projects based on architectural plans provided in French. You will work closely with our project management and sales teams to ensure that our clients receive precise estimates that reflect the scope of work involved. This role requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of construction and demolition processes, and the ability to work with French-language plans.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Review architectural plans and specifications in French to understand project requirements.
– Perform accurate take-offs and measurements from the provided plans.
– Collaborate with the project management team to identify potential challenges and cost factors.
– Analyze material and labor costs to prepare comprehensive project estimates.
– Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing information.
– Present estimates to the sales team for client proposals and negotiations.
– Maintain accurate records of estimates, pricing, and project details.
– Participate in internal and external meetings to provide expertise on cost estimation.

**Qualifications:**
– Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans written in French.
– Previous experience in construction, demolition, or a related field is preferred.
– Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.

– Familiarity with construction materials and pricing is an asset.
