Position Overview:
As a Senior Tender Analyst at New City Contracting, you will play a crucial role in the procurement process by meticulously analyzing and preparing tender documents. The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry. Responsibilities:
Tender Analysis: Evaluate project requirements, specifications, and drawings to develop comprehensive tender analysis reports.
Bid Preparation: Prepare accurate and detailed bid documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.
Cost Estimation: Conduct thorough cost estimations for materials, labor, and overhead to determine accurate project costs.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with tenders and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and estimators, to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all tender documents, correspondence, and related information.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender analysis within the construction industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with construction estimation software.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Remote Work Setup: Must have a complete work-from-home setup, including a reliable internet connection, noise-canceling headset, and a dedicated workspace.
Availability: Ability to work Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time.
Immediate Availability: Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
