Job Description:

We are Katuva, a VA placement agency currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator-Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate, possessing specialized expertise in project estimation and takeoffs, will collaborate with our client who owns a contracting/home remodeling business. This individual will play a pivotal role in upholding their commitment to excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct detailed takeoffs from project drawings.
– Ensure accuracy in estimating materials required for construction projects.
– Utilize Google Sheets for efficient data management and collaboration.
– Create successful project estimates using Coconstruct.
– Collaborate with project teams to understand specific requirements.
– Create scopes of work and estimates that can be provided to customers.
– Maintain organized records of estimates and related documentation.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
– Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
– Proficiency in using estimating software and tools such as CoConstruct; also Chief Architect.
– Proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and collaboration.
– Meticulous attention to detail in estimating materials and costs.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks in a virtual work environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

How to Apply:

This is a full time requirement at 40 hours of work per week, during Philippine daytime. To provide a little overlap with the client, start time will be around 7am Philippine time.
