Subject: Seeking a Creative Designer & Customer Manager

Thank you for looking at this job posting! I am seeking a full-time creative Etsy Store Designer and Customer Manager for my company that focuses on systems and time management to help small business owners grow.

The #1 thing anyone should know about me when applying to be a member of our team is that I believe in empowering team members and getting out of their way — I do NOT micromanage when someone takes ownership of their work and does a great job!

Also, we have highly detailed video trainings of our current processes and you will have a direct role and opportunity to contribute to and improve these processes as part of the team.

Right fit candidates will have an opportunity to go through a PAID training — I never ask my team members to do work or training for free.

I’ll be leaving this job posting up for approximately 3 days. If your application catches our attention, you will receive an email with a few additional questions to answer. This job requires, at a very minimum:
1. 100% perfect, fluent written and spoken English (no syntactical, grammatical, spelling errors or use of slang incorrectly)
2. A reliable, high-speed internet connection
3. A reliable computer
4. Strong research skills and the ability to learn about new tech tools, systems, and industry trends
5. Excellent client management and communication skills, comfortable talking to our customers over zoom.
6. Creative problem solving and independence
7. A willingness to proofread your own work and ensure all materials are polished and professional
8. Creative graphic design skills and familiarity with royalty-free image sources
9. A solid understanding of Design, Creating Templates and Digital Products, Using Tech Platforms and Apps
10. Comfortable with video calls and virtual meetings with team members and clients
11. Familiar with marketing, copywriting, emails, and social media
12. Excellent attention to detail, follow up, and communication

(If any of these sound daunting, please don’t worry. I have in-depth video training that will show you exactly how to do each one. Also, I am always here for questions you may have)?

A perfect candidate would have (these are NOT required; just preferred):
1. An interest in helping business owners, specifically women, organize and grow their business to serve their clients at a higher level
2. The ability to write an speak with a fun, casual tone while conveying complex or advanced topics
3. Familiar with tech and tools, not afraid to learn new ones.
4. Video editing a plus but not required
5. Customer service experience is also a bonus
6. Experience with Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Selling Digital Products

Fair warning, I am a pretty casual person overall. I don’t micromanage, but I’m always here if you have questions or want to be certain of something before taking action.?

I prefer team members that can come on board, learn quickly, and become independent and reliable as quickly as possible. If you’re willing to learn and work hard, I’m willing to teach!?
