Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Etsy Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Etsy account, ensuring that our inventory is well listed, listings are optimized for search engines, and the account’s overall performance is monitored and improved upon regularly.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire Etsy account, including listings, messages, updates, and customer service.
Develop and maintain inventory management strategies, ensuring products are in stock, and create replenishment lists as necessary.
Conduct regular SEO audits on listings and images to increase visibility and ranking on Etsy search, as well as on major search engines.
Craft and optimize product descriptions with relevant keywords for search engine optimization.
Analyze performance data to understand customer behavior and market trends, adjusting strategies accordingly to maximize sales.
Monitor competitive activity and pricing, adjusting our listings to remain competitive.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that product images and descriptions accurately reflect the brand and appeal to our target customers.
Engage with customers by responding to messages, reviews, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Update product listings, including pricing, stock levels, and promotional information.
Utilize Etsy’s promotional tools to enhance shop visibility and drive sales.
Oversee order processing to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Regularly review account health, including feedback scores, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

***MUST HAVE ETSY EXPERIENCE***

Proven experience managing an online store, Etsy
Familiarity with Etsy’s platform, policies, and best practices.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience optimizing online content.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
Proficient in using inventory management software and Etsy’s seller tools.
