We are seeking a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant or Agency (group of experts) to oversee the end-to-end management of our Etsy Dropshipping business from ground up. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Your expertise in e-commerce, organization, and communication will be crucial in ensuring our business thrives in the competitive online marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Product Research /Inventory Management:
Research on different platforms to find out the most in demand products to list on our site. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are consistently available for customers. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to restock inventory as needed. Implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

• Product Listings and Optimization:
Create compelling product listings with detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and accurate specifications. Optimize listings for search visibility and conversion using relevant keywords and tags. Continuously analyze and adjust product listings based on market trends and customer preferences.

• SEO
Conduct keyword research, title/description optimization to make sure our products rank at the top of the search results.

• Order Processing and Fulfillment:
Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely shipping and delivery.
Liaise with suppliers to arrange order fulfillment and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping updates, and returns.

• Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, aiming for high customer satisfaction rates. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.

• Market Research and Trend Analysis:
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the Etsy platform. Identify new product opportunities and niche markets for potential expansion.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics tools to track sales performance, customer behavior, and profitability. Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

• Marketing and Promotion:
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and discounts. Leverage social media platforms to showcase products and engage with customers.

• Financial Management:
Handle financial transactions related to order fulfillment, refunds, and returns.

• Stay Updated on Etsy Policies and Best Practices:
Stay current with Etsy’s rules, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in Etsy dropshipping or a similar business model.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in using ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
