We are seeking a highly dedicated, organised and skilled Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to join our team.
As an Ecommerce Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our online retail operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include customer service (via email), fulfilling online orders, updating tracking information, managing and creating product listings, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have an extremely strong attention to detail, excellent written English skills, and a solid understanding of ecommerce platforms and processes.
This role provides full virtual training. Your responsibilities will start off small and quickly grow as you gain a greater understanding of the business. There are opportunities for extra rewards and growth within the business for outstanding work that is of a high attention to detail. We are looking for someone who can grow with the business and who wants a long term role within a diverse, growing business.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing and Fulfilment:
Sort and fulfil customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
Update tracking on orders and provide status updates to customers as necessary.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers with their online shopping experience.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Product Listing Management:
Create and update product listings
Optimise product descriptions, titles, and images to enhance visibility and drive sales.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure product information is up to date.
Required experience and skills:
Previous experience in ecommerce operations, virtual assistance, or a related field.
Proficiency in using ecommerce platform Etsy (or willingness to learn)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles is a plus.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and tools.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.

Working hours:
Initially part time, 5 hours a day, 6 days a week with more work opportunities available once you become established.
Remuneration:
You will receive an hourly wage with opportunities to earn regular bonuses for great work!
