Job Title: Remote E-commerce Specialist (Etsy & eBay)

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 5 days a week plus every other Saturday

Are you a skilled and experienced E-commerce Specialist with a proven track record in managing and optimizing sales on Etsy? If you have a passion for driving online sales, optimizing product listings, and maximizing visibility on these platforms, we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Etsy Management:

Manage and optimize product listings on Etsy to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
Stay updated on platform algorithms and best practices to enhance product rankings.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Marketing and Promotion:

Develop and execute marketing strategies specific to Etsy.
Create compelling product descriptions, titles, and images to attract and engage potential customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotions and sales events on Etsy.

Customer Engagement:

Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Utilize customer analytics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in managing and optimizing sales on Etsy.
Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and marketplace management software.
Solid understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and competition.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to remote working hours.
Reliable, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
