Job Title: Etsy SEO and Social Marketing Expert

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Etsy SEO and Marketing Expert to join our team. Your primary role will be to optimize our product listings for better search visibility and manage our Etsy ads to achieve an ROA of 2.5 and above. You’ll also be responsible for filling in all necessary attributes for our catalog items and crafting a social media marketing strategy to drive additional traffic and sales.

Responsibilities:

1. SEO Optimization:
– Conduct keyword research to identify high-ranking keywords for our product listings.
– Optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags to improve visibility on Etsy.
– Monitor and analyze SEO performance and make data-driven adjustments.

2. Etsy Ads Management:
– Set up, manage, and optimize Etsy ads.
– Monitor key performance indicators, primarily focusing on achieving an ROA of 2.5 or above.
– Provide regular reports and updates on ad performance.

3. Attribute Completion:
– Make sure all product attributes (size, color, material, etc.) are accurately filled in.
– Update listings to reflect changes in product attributes.

4. Social Media Marketing: (facebook, IG)
– Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our Etsy store.
– Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

5. Reporting:
– Generate weekly and monthly reports detailing SEO, ad performance, and social media engagement metrics.

Mandatory Skills:

We place a high value on understanding and executing tasks accurately, as missteps can lead to work that deviates from our objectives. You Must be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and a collaborative team member. Remote work relies heavily on clear communication; please engage actively in conversations and understand our directives fully.

Training and communication will largely take place through platforms like Loom video, Notion, and Google Chat. It’s crucial for you to read and comprehend what we need and how processes work to prevent misunderstandings and wasted time.

Qualifications:

Educational and Professional Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
– At least 2 years of proven experience in Etsy SEO and ads management.
– Strong grasp of keyword research and SEO tools, particularly eRank.

Additional Skills:
– Familiarity with social media marketing strategies. (tell us more about your experience!)
– Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
