Etsy Shop Manger & Product Research

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Online Store Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our Etsy and Amazon shops, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to product and niche research efforts to help our stores thrive.

Responsibilities:

Product Management:
Upload new products to our Etsy and Amazon shops.
Update product listings with accurate information, including pricing, descriptions, and images.
Monitor inventory levels and update listings accordingly.
Content Creation:

Create compelling product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
Generate eye-catching product mock-ups and images to enhance listings.

Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
Address and resolve customer issues, including returns and refunds.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

Product and Niche Research:
Conduct research to identify trending products and emerging niches.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
Assist in developing strategies to optimize product offerings and improve store performance.
Qualifications:

Previous experience with Etsy and Amazon shop management is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in basic graphic design tools or software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Passion for product and niche research, with a willingness to learn and adapt to market trends.
