Etsy Specialist

Salary: $200 per week (Subject to increase weekly based on store volume and additional bonuses)

Company Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Etsy Specialist to join our team. We operate multiple stores on Etsy and are looking for an experienced individual to manage various tasks related to our Etsy storefronts. This is an excellent opportunity for a serious, organized, and skilled Etsy specialist to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

Add listings to Etsy stores, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
Conduct SEO research to optimize listings for maximum visibility and sales.
Fluent in managing variations for products, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Answer customer inquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Fulfill orders promptly and accurately, including printing and attaching shipping labels.
Handle cases and resolve any issues that arise with orders or customers.
Perform additional Etsy administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Etsy seller or specialist, with a strong understanding of the platform’s best practices and policies.
Proficiency in listing products on Etsy, including knowledge of SEO strategies.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must have Etsy experience; we cannot train the platform from scratch.
