Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Etsy Virtual Assistant to help us set up and manage our Etsy store specializing in digital products. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating an appealing storefront, listing digital products, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and optimizing our Etsy shop for maximum visibility and sales.
Responsibilities:
Etsy Store Setup:
Create and design an attractive Etsy storefront that reflects our brand identity.
Customize banners, profile picture, and shop policies to create a professional appearance.
Organize digital products into relevant categories for easy navigation.
CREATE A DIGITAL PRODUCT
Product Listing and Optimization:
Create engaging and informative product listings for our digital products, including detailed descriptions, pricing, and relevant tags.
Optimize product titles and descriptions with relevant keywords for improved search visibility within Etsy.
Upload high-quality digital files and create compelling thumbnails for each product.
Inventory Management:
Monitor product inventory and ensure listings are always up-to-date.
Create and maintain an organized folder system for digital files.
Remove or update listings for products that are no longer available.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and feedback.
Address customer issues, resolve problems, and provide excellent customer support.
Handle customer requests for custom orders or personalized products.
Promotion and Marketing:
Implement promotional strategies, discounts, and special offers to attract more customers.
Utilize social media platforms and other online marketing methods to promote our Etsy store and digital products.
Participate in Etsy promotions and events to increase shop visibility.
Requirements:
Proven experience in setting up and managing Etsy stores, especially for digital products.
Strong knowledge of Etsy policies, best practices, and SEO optimization techniques.
Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for creating product thumbnails and banners.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage product listings and digital files effectively.
Effective communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently, taking initiative to enhance the store’s performance.
Familiarity with digital product creation, including file formats, resolution, and design aesthetics.
