We specialize in planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Event Admin Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of our events.
Job Description:
Position Overview: As an Event Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of events remotely by providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth coordination of all event-related activities. You will work closely with our event management team to ensure that every event we organize is a resounding success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Coordination:
• Reports directly to Event Leads and assists other members of the team if necessary.
2. Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate event records, including attendee lists and finalists
• Handle incoming inquiries and communications related to events.
• Entry Processing
• Data Entry
• Proofing of materials
3. Attendee Services:
• Provide online support to event attendees, including, guestlist management, registration assistance and information dissemination.
• Handle special requests and basic online customer support for attendees.
4. Media Coordination:
• Liaise with Senior Event Leads to ensure the production of event promotional materials.
• Manage the integration of multimedia elements into event presentations.
5. Post-Event Evaluation:
• Collect feedback from attendees and vendors to evaluate event success.
• Assist in the creation of post-event reports and analysis.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in event planning or administration is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite and event management software.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
