Responsibilities:
Client Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, bookings, and inquiries using our CRM system, ensuring smooth communication and seamless coordination.

Email Marketing: Develop and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to engage clients, promote upcoming events, and nurture leads, ultimately increasing attendance and participation.
Cold Calling: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, effectively communicate our services’ value proposition, and identify potential opportunities for collaboration.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, data entry, and document organization, ensuring efficient operations.
Research and Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential target audiences, providing valuable insights to enhance our business strategies.
Collaborative Contribution: Work closely with the events team to provide support during event planning and execution, ensuring seamless coordination and an exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
