Youth Ambassadors (YA) is a non-profit social enterprise committed to empowering youths in ASEAN countries and beyond, fostering the development of changemakers within their communities. Our forte lies in organizing educational conferences that provide a dynamic platform for young minds to learn, engage in workshops, and be inspired through impactful presentations.
We are Looking for Event Marketing and Design internships to support our Youth Ambassador programs.

Below you may find the responsibilities and key criteria:
Position – Event Marketing and Design Internships
Number of interns : 1
Type of internship : Part-Time / Full-Time
Working Location : Makati City, Philippines
Start Date : As soon as possible
Working hours : Mon o Sat, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (accommodation will be provided)

Responsibilities
• uploading and updating our social media content and videos
• assisting with design work, and supporting office operations
• covering administrative tasks while the outreach team is away, providing decision support in the office, and editing videos.
• Additionally, responsibilities will include amending contracts, sending out thank-you letters, and conducting research to target clients effectively.
• Social media tasks will involve joining different marketplaces to reach expat parents, introducing shout-outs by our judges, and ensuring daily uploads.
• Furthermore, the role will entail maintaining contact with clients through after-sales CRM.”

Skills and Specifications
• Familiar to MS Office application
• Hardworking – Pay attention to details – Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Detailed-orientate with strong administration skills.
• Comfortable with social media
• Have some experience with PhotoShop, illustrator and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
