The Event Marketing Assistant Role is to assist the Director of Communications in the management and follow-through of all events, podcasts, summits, and other PR and communications-related items.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
**The role involves assisting with planning, organizing, coordinating, and overseeing activities for the successful completion of scheduled events where FDN is a vendor/sponsor.
**Engages in all aspects of event planning and execution including:
***Research events in the functional health space and present findings, ROI and cost to the manager.
***Submit applications for events and follow-up.
***Using Asana dynamically manages workload and priorities on a day-to-day basis to ensure all project requests are met and effectively prioritized.
***Responsibilities include creating event timelines; ensuring deliverables are met on time, booking FDN President or representative as a speaker/guest; ensuring materials are prepared for presentations or workshops.
***Build and cultivate relationships internally and externally where appropriate, and act as an organizational ambassador.
***Works with a high degree of urgency on tasks and is highly responsive to partner requests at all levels.
***Ensure volunteers and staff are secured for the meeting, and information is sent out to the team with information about the event, FAQs, work instructions, and schedules.
***Follow up with volunteers and offer advanced courses where appropriate.
***Work with the marketing team on follow-up with events for sales and funnels.
**Manage Health Space Unmasked Deliverables
**Research and book Founder, Reed Davis, on Virtual Summits happening in the Functional Health Space.
**External Podcast Assistance:
***Responsible for ensuring podcasts are appropriately recorded on Founders Calendar (Reed Davis).
***Coordinate with podcast company to ensure all content is available and ready.
***Create short FDN training links with tracker links
***Follow up with IT on podcast recordings to ensure they are listed appropriately on the website.
***Develop and keep a clear and clean podcast recording library.
**Provide administrative support to marketing/sales managers when needed
COMPUTER SKILL REQUIRED:
**Asana or Project Management software, Zoom, Email, Technical Computer, Google Suite

**Check on Asana to see that tasks are complete.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
**Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
**Creation of invitations and event communications
**Event management experience
**Strong internet connection
**Highly organized
**Able to handle multiple tasks with ease
**Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
TECH REQUIREMENTS:
**Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
**Internet Speed – At least 20 MBPS Download speed

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm PST //12 AM – 8AM PHT.
Salary range: PHP30,000-45,000 monthly, DOE
