Job Description

As an Events Planner for the Psychic Medium Tour, you will play a crucial role in organizing and executing a series of in-person psychic medium events across multiple cities in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington DC, USA. Your responsibilities will involve meticulous planning, coordination, and execution to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for both the psychic medium and the attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

Venue Research and Selection:
– Conduct thorough research on suitable venues and restaurants in each city within New England, considering factors such as capacity, location, ambiance, and amenities.

Logistics Coordination:
– Coordinate logistics for each event, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, and equipment setup for the psychic medium.

Event Planning and Execution
– Collaborate with the Psychic Medium to understand specific event requirements and preferences.
– Create detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution on the day of each event.
– Oversee event setup, registration, and manage any on-site issues as they arise.

Marketing and Promotion:
– Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote the Psychic Medium Tour in each city.
– Coordinate with local marketing teams to execute promotional activities, including social media campaigns, local press releases, and collaborations with relevant influencers.

Budget Management:
– Develop and manage budgets for each event, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
– Track expenses and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.

Attendee Engagement and Experience:
– Plan and implement strategies to enhance the overall experience for event attendees.
– Address attendee inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the entertainment or spiritual events industry.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
– Knowledge of the New England area and its event venues.
– Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.
– Budget management experience.
