Event Producer/Manager

I am looking for someone with excellent project management skills to lead the set up of a series of face to face events across Australia and Europe

Even though you wont be able to attend the events physically, your role will be to ensure the events are set up correctly and can then run smoothly on the day

You job will be to create a project plan that combines task, dates, and responsibilities for every event in every city

You will liaise with external parties and will help in preparing any materials (handouts, workbooks, etc) on the day

You have great attention to details and providing a great Customer Experience is your priority. You love to create events that are memorable and create a difference in people’s lives

Task will include:

-find locations
– Track metrics (number of attendees)
– Think of ways to improve exposure if we aren’t hitting our numbers
-Confirm number of attendees
– Ensure attendees are notified of all details, etc
– Ensure Ale (host) has all materials she needs on the day
– Run daily stand up to confirm progress of things and report on any issues/roadblocks
– Coordinate Facebook ads with Ale/Facebook ad experts
– Create budget and manage budget spreadsheet

You are ethical, able to work at a fast pace and are willing to be vulnerable when you dont know something but you are willing to learn
