About Me:
I am a successful leader, and business and life coach working from Australia with clients in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, South Africa, Canada and USA. Whilst my C-suit and high net worth clients come from plural and diverse industry sectors and walks of life, complete confidentiality is the one need that they all have in common. Up until now, all my clientele have been referred to me by their psychologists, therapists or by personal recommendation. As such, I have never had advertise to advertise to sell what I do for a living.

My New Mission:
That has now changed as started a new venture called, Neuro-Elevation Skills, through which I intend to offer training seminars to impart the insights, wisdoms, skills, and techniques that I have learned over those multiple decades; in order that they can be applied, both effectively and reliably, to solve my student’s and their clients’ problems; and to promote genuine human flourishing.

My New Need:
In order to do this, I am looking for an experienced and dedicated Event Promotions Manager to work with my SMM/VA and me, to promote and training programmes to my prospective students and trainees in Australia and New Zealand. These prospects will wish to learn how to become a world-class at innovative therapeutic and transformative techniques, which harness the power of neuroplasticity, focused attention, and flow states to create rapid, long lasting change.

Person Description:
I am looking for a highly motivated, focused, disciplined and active individual to develop and execute my training event promotions strategy. The Event Promotions Manager will manage training event promotions from their initial announcement and advertising to their success appraisal. You will developing a marketing and advertising strategy, attract bookings, manage prospective trainee engagements and their experience through the booking process. You will analysing sales data, facilitating customer service and queries regarding the training event, and managing the event project.

Responsibilities:
Financials: Deliver sales revenue and attendees per training event, in line with the Neuro-Elevation Skills business plan; and oversee the events budget, ensuring maximum ROI on promotional activities.
Strategy: Develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing plans for events that align with our brand’s mission and values; and manage a training event promotions strategy and content, which will deliver the sales and attendee KPIs. Manage and oversee training event promotions advertising content creation and strategy.
Engagement: Craft compelling promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with a diverse clientele, including students, professionals, and corporate partners.
Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure event success from concept to completion.
Event Performance: Measure the success of each training event promotion Click to view metrics and feedback to assess the efficacy of events and promotions, making data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ years experience in event management or promotions, preferably within the education sector.
Exceptional team work skills with a proven track record of managing successful teams.
Strong project management abilities with an eye for detail and the capacity to handle multiple events simultaneously.
Creativity and innovation in developing promotional strategies that engage and excite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an adeptness at public speaking.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Your salary will be competitive and commensurate to your talent
I respect the thirteenth month annual bonus custom and practice
Any unpaid days off (such as for local holidays, etc) should be agreed with me at the beginning of each year
