Job Summary:
We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to enhance our event studio team. This role is pivotal in managing our online presence, facilitating bookings, and ensuring impeccable customer service. The ideal candidate will excel in posting listings on various platforms, creating proposals and brochures, updating our website, maintaining a vibrant social media presence, and designing engaging promotional materials using Canva.
Responsibilities:
1. Listing Management:
* Skillfully manage and optimize listings on booking platforms like Peerspace, Vrbo, Gigster, Airbnb, Splacer, Eventective, Meetup, Eventful, All , Gumtree, OLX, Cvent, Event Up, and explore new platforms to expand our reach.
2. HoneyBook Expertise:
* Utilize HoneyBook to craft compelling proposals and brochures, maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and bookings.
3. Customer Service:
* Provide prompt responses to phone calls and emails, assisting clients with inquiries and booking requests while delivering exceptional service.
4. Social Media Management:
* Create and curate engaging content for Instagram, posting 2-3 times daily to promote our event studio and foster client engagement.
* Leverage Canva to design captivating visuals and graphics for social media posts, stories, and promotions.
5. Website Maintenance:
* Update website content using Wix, ensuring accuracy and relevance with the latest photos, flyers, and promotional offers.
6. Canva Expertise:
* Design eye-catching flyers, promotions, and social media posts using Canva to attract and engage potential clients.
* Stay updated on design trends and maintain a consistent visual identity across all promotional materials.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably within the events industry.
2. Proficiency in using Canva to create flyers, promotions, and social media posts.
3. Familiarity with booking platforms like Peerspace, Vrbo, Gigster, Airbnb, Splacer, Eventective, Meetup, Eventful, All , Gumtree, OLX, Cvent, Event Up, etc.
4. Strong communication skills and professionalism in client interactions.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
6. Social media savvy with a demonstrated ability to manage Instagram accounts for businesses.
7. Competence in using HoneyBook for proposal and brochure creation.
8. Proficiency in using Wix website builder for website updates.
9. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
10. Availability to work remotely with flexibility in hours to accommodate client inquiries and social media posting schedules.
