Join Our Team as an Events and Fulfilment Specialist!

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in a successful Australian manufacturing and retail company? We specialize in innovative health products, including Metabuz turmeric chai tea and Aloebuz anti-aging serum. You will be working with a competitive team and you must have a proven track record of excellent customer service and superb events management!

Responsibilities:

– Plan, organize, and execute events to promote our products and brand.
– Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor relations, product inventory and staff for events and pop-ups.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with company goals and objectives.
– Manage event budgets and expenses to maximize company investment and ensure alignment to business goals.
– Provide staff support to CEO during events and pop-up shows.
– Provide excellent customer support and handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
– Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and logistics of products and ingredients.
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
– Coordinate day-to-day operations with a focus on organizational efficiency.
– Cultivate strong customer, vendor and supplier relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills.
– Driven individual and also collaborates excellently with the team on project progress, key performance indicators and continuous improvement efforts.
– Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent, will start as a part-time role, 4 hours per day

Shift Availability: Day Shift Required

Education: College Degree

Experience: 2-3 Years in the same field

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a small to medium-sized company.
– Customer-centric approach with outstanding communication skills.
– Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
– Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
– Proficiency in GSuite and general computer skills.
– Access to necessary equipment and a quiet workspace.
