About the Job:
Work Type: Full-time, remote work
Expected Salary: AUD 6.50 – AUD 9.00
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
– Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics monitoring.
– Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns for Tristan, Roy, and Sabena
– Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content and increase organic traffic to the company’s website.
– Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
– Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and optimize the lead conversion process.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and new opportunities for lead generation.
– Engage with online communities and respond to comments or queries in a timely manner to foster a positive brand image.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools and social media trends to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.
– Ensuring managing events and filling in attendees for the company
– Converting prospects into intro clients
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a strong focus on lead generation.
– Expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media networks.
– Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
– Excellent content creation and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
– Creative thinking with a knack for identifying target audience preferences and crafting messages that resonate.
– Proficiency in SEO techniques and keyword research.
– Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
– Experience in working for US/Australian company
