Job Summary:
As an events coordinator supporting our overseas office in Australia, your primary responsibility will be to manage and organize various events for Clipex. These events will include field days, demo days, and local events that our company may organize. Your role will encompass a wide range of tasks to ensure the success of each event.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven event planning and coordination experience, especially in field days, demo days, and local events.
• Strong budget management and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability for international events.

Key responsibilities involve:

• Booking and securing venues for the events.
• Coordinating with third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
• Collaborating with local teams and stakeholders to synchronize efforts and ensure seamless coordination.
• Managing all aspects of event planning, including logistics, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Overseeing event preparations, from conceptualization to execution, to guarantee that every detail is meticulously taken care of.
• Handling communication with participants, guests, and attendees to provide relevant event information and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensuring all events align with the company’s objectives and brand values, maintaining consistency in messaging and execution.
• Assisting in the development of event marketing materials and promotional strategies to attract attendees.
• Implementing event evaluation and feedback mechanisms to assess the success and identify areas of improvement for future events.
