Job Description

I am personally hiring a remote assistant who could help me with my tasks as an AO and act as an Admissions Support Officer for a UK University.

Note: Only those with prior 2-3 years of experience in higher education with adequate knowledge of the UK college system and who can start ASAP will be considered at this time.

The required time for the job will be the following:
8hrs. From 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time (5:00 PM-2:00 AM PH time)

*Job Overview:

As the Admissions Support Officer for our Educational Program Office, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of our educational offerings. Your role will encompass overseeing admissions, providing comprehensive administrative support, and contributing significantly to the success of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
– Oversee learner admissions and enrollment processes with accuracy and efficiency.
– Support the administrative elements of training programs such as apprenticeships, diplomas, and short courses by maintaining records, managing enrollments, and liaising with clients (learners/employers).
– Conduct eligibility checks for learners/employers for each program by performing quality and compliance checks on enrollment and completion documentation.
– Administer learners’ skills assessments to evaluate current skill levels and identify areas for improvement.
– Register students with awarding bodies and e-portfolios, ensuring timely submissions.
– Coordinate with different departments to facilitate seamless onboarding and orientation processes.
– Gather learner feedback to evaluate satisfaction and progression outcomes.
– Conduct business development activities by upselling new or additional services to existing clients.
– Engage with new clients to introduce our services.

*Essential Skills and Qualifications:

– Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
– Previous experience in administration or office management.
– Skilled in the use of administrative software/applications.
– Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
