Excel Expert

***Please READ THROUGH the requirement before bidding!***
We need an expert in excel! Do not put the bid if you do not know how to extract / import / export images from excel file. Do not put on the bid if you do not know how to delete certain rows from an excel sheet without re-ordering the images!!

We need an assistant to prepare excel / pdf product files for marketing purpose. Editing images , find right product pictures to display on the website (WordPress).
Sometimes we have an excel file of 100 pictures that need to be edited in a proper way and therefore the freelancer will have a good experience in excel and can work fast.
The freelancer will prepare the excel sheet and other data according to our requirements which can be different each time. We will teach you how we want so you don’ t have to guess.
The freelancer have to put our new products on the website every working day and also advertise them on different marketplaces. You will also collect data from different inquiries.
To do all this , we will have a video call/ meeting to show how to do.
We need someone who can work for us up to 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday
The fee will be paid after each month or according to the agreement.

We pay monthly, it is important that the freelancer shows us the effectivity.
We require freelancer who can communicate in English with us and submit daily report.

After sometimes, we expect the freelancer to work independently and can analyze the data to do the work himself.

We will test you with some excel sheet before hiring!
