This role is for someone who knows how to view Google Sheets or excel reports and formulas, and knows how to manipulate the reports and source data to make sure that they align with the various cross-checking reporting software that we use.
Must Have 3+ Years experience with the following.
advanced Excel formulas & large Spreadsheets
Pivot Tables, Power Query
Advanced Amazon Seller Central
Advanced Ebay
Advanced Walmart Marketplace
Advanced Shopify
Uploads, downloads etc for all the above
MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
Reliable internet (we will request a screenshot of your internet speed and work area)

Responsibilities:
Use your previous experience to quickly navigate through Amazon Seller Central to download various reports and data-sets, and to upload them to the BA
Upload Amazon reports and data to our brand analysis / audit report, and QA and Fix formulas as needed. You’ll need to know how to use Pivot tables, Xlookup, Sumif, and various formulas as an expert from day-one.
Following our guides, trainings, BA process, you will be reviewing the clients’ accounts to report the untapped opportunities for growth and scalability
Fill-out various client progress and improvement reports
Communicate regularly with the team and management using Slack and email
Uploads, downloads, search, data entry
Requirements:
* Fully Remote with dependable internet service and backup
* Google Sheets expert. You must have at least three years of working experience with high level formulas and QA with Google Sheets or Excel
* Amazon Seller Central: You need to have at least three years of hands-on working experience with a full grasp and knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
* Experience with project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello (preferably Asana)
* Organized and Knows how to prioritize
* Warm, friendly, and fun: You have a friendly and positive attitude with people and with work
* Analytical Skills is a Must
* Technically Inclined: You will receive training but you will need to be technically savvy
* This position requires someone to work 7.5 – 9 hrs a day. If you are working on other projects, plan on freelancing during the weekdays, or cannot meet those minimum hours criteria, this position is not for you.
* You’re do a lot and learn a lot. You’ll also be compensated pretty well for your effort, output, and efficiency.
