Responsibilities:
• Utilize excellent Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain automated processes using Power Query and VBA macros to enhance data handling and reporting capabilities.
• Design and create dynamic dashboards with interactive visualizations to effectively present complex data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop Excel solutions that meet their needs.
• Extract data from external sources using APIs and integrate it into Excel for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient Excel-based solutions to streamline workflows.
• Stay up to date with the latest Excel features and trends to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated expertise in Excel with a strong command of formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in Power Query and experience in transforming and cleaning large datasets.
• Solid understanding of VBA macros and the ability to create automated Excel solutions.
• Proven experience in designing and developing dynamic dashboards with interactive visualizations.
• Familiarity with working with APIs and integrating external data sources into Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical Excel solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
