Job Title: Excel Underwriting Analyst & Social Media Manager

Are you a versatile professional with a knack for both financial analysis and social media management? Our company is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the dual role of Excel Underwriting Analyst and Social Media Manager. This unique position requires proficiency in Excel for underwriting tasks such as evaluating rent rolls and T12 mapping, as well as managing social media accounts to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:
Excel Underwriting Analyst:
• Utilize Excel extensively for underwriting purposes, including evaluating rent rolls and T12 mapping.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Demonstrate proficiency in slicing and dicing data to extract meaningful insights.
• Complete a modeling test prior to the interview process to showcase skills and abilities.
• Administer typing speed tests to candidates endorsed for interviews.

Social Media Manager:
• Manage social media accounts for the company and affiliated brands, including , Azura, and X/Twitter.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Create compelling content and visuals to attract and retain followers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement social media campaigns.
• Provide support for Wellness Acupuncture in NY to drive customer traffic through IG/Tiktok.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and engage with followers as needed.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Excel with a strong understanding of formulas and functions.
• Previous experience in underwriting, financial analysis, or social media management preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with rent rolls and T12 mapping is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is preferred.

Additional Information:
Candidates will be required to demonstrate their Excel skills through a model test and undergo a typing speed test during the interview process.
