THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

You’ll be responsible for making things happen behind the scenes so that our guests have a remarkable experience.

Working in a small team, you’ll be contributing to the improvement of our services, liaising with other team members, and resolving problems.

This role is key to the success of our business. You will be increasing efficiency across many areas of our business by creating our operations manuals and improving our processes.

WHAT RECURRING TASKS WILL YOU DO

Creating Operational Manuals, recurring admin tasks, attending bi-weekly team meetings, recurring marketing tasks, undertaking training and professional development.

As the successful applicant becomes more familiar with our systems and processes, we offer the opportunity to grow and expand their skills by taking on more responsibilities. These could include all or some of the following tasks:

– Marketing
Property marketing and advertising
General Support
Property management coordination
Tenant communication and support
Property maintenance coordination

– Research
Market analysis and research
Property research and analysis
Management
Multiple listing service management
CRM management and integration
Document preparation and management
Repair and maintenance request management
Utility coordination and management
Security deposit management

– Social Media Design
Social media management
Photo editing and enhancement
Flyers and brochures creation

Extensive training is provided.

PAY AND HOURS

The starting rate for this role will be between: $4 an hour, with the view of increasing to $5.5 after long-term employment and good performance.

This position is available from As soon as possible.

This is a Long Term Position.

Provisional Schedule:
9 am to 11 am UK Monday
9 am to 11 am UK Tuesday
9 am to 11 am UK Wednesday
9 am to 11 am UK Thursday
9 am to 11 am UK Friday

Some flexible working hours will be possible after the first 2 months of employment.

You will be available for at least:
– 10 hours per week
Possibility of additional hours after the first 2 months.

We will pay you weekly: Every Friday
If the company has had a successful year we like to share bonuses.
