Please read this Job description carefully :

1) Working mainly back office supporting our clients with their queries via email, phone (and zoom meeting if required)
2) Assisting clients in completing their tasks of sending all their relevant documentation as per our documentation checklist
and uploading all the documents on the CRM portal in the client profile.
3) Compiling and preparing all the relevant client documentations and keeping their profile data up-to-date.
4) Ensuring each client folder is up-to-date with all the documents, forms etc accurately saved in the folder
5) Previous exp necessary in a similar role providing support to clients to collect and gather information using, email, phone and video calls such as zoom
6) Prefer someone who has previous experience working with Australian customers.
7) Prefer someone who can start soon
8) MUST have experience in customer service, is a fast learner, pays attention to close detail and can follow instructions.
9) Must know how to word, excel, powerpoint
10) Understanding and experience of creating any training resources will be desirable but not essential

All training will be provided. We use Zoho CRM. The Checklist of documents and all the relevant workflows are automated so that all relevant notifications, reminders etc are sent to clients with their due dates to send us the documents.

This is a Full Time position, Monday-Friday. Schedule can be flexible. Happy for you to work your 9 am-5 pm instead of Australian 9am-5pm considering the time difference.
