As a Virtual Assistant (VA), you’ll be responsible for:

What are the VA’s primary responsibilities?
Lead Qualification – Research inbound leads, identify promising prospects, conduct technical needs analysis calls, prepare customized product pitchesRequirements Analysis – Interview prospects to deeply understand their use cases, challenges, and requirements. Document and prioritize requests to inform product Conversion – Follow up on proposals and discussions. Address additional questions and concerns. Guide promising leads to become Customer Onboarding – Work with new clients to ensure proper onboarding and setup. Outline important workflows, configurations, and use Configuration – Demo product capabilities aligned to the customer’s needs. Configure products/services to match specific workflows and Success Management – Conduct training, respond to issues and gather feedback to ensure successful ongoing product usage and Advocacy – Communicate customer requirements and feedback to internal teams. Represent the voice of the customer to influence priority roadmap Tracking – Track key metrics like lead conversion rates to identify areas for sales and onboarding improvement.

What would a typical day in this role look like? 
Review new inbound leads and research prospects’ businesses to understand their needs. Prepare customized up with promising leads via email/call to discuss their requirements in more depth. Outline how our offerings can address their product capabilities to new prospects. Configure the platform to match their use cases and requirements. Address questions on integrations, data, and key requirements from prospect interactions and communicate to the engineering team. Prioritize capabilities based on demand and revenue up with prospects after initial meetings. Provide quotes, discuss next steps, and move opportunities towards becoming up with the customer success team on new clients onboarded. Outline key requirements, use cases, and configurations for a smooth critical requirements and trends to inform the roadmap. Track lead conversion rates and find areas for improvement.

What are the “must-have” skillsets of a successful candidate?
Consultative Sales Approach: Asks discovery questions, listens to understand needs, and presents solutions instead of pushing products. Focuses on value, not just Aptitude – Strong technical knowledge of the product offerings and functionality. Ability to understand complex customer workflows, data structures, and systems integrations. Needs Analysis – Skill in asking the right questions to deeply understand customer pain points and requirements. Able to think critically about use -Focused – Develops trusting relationships, handles sensitive information securely, and keeps customer needs at the forefront Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication in order to connect with prospects, customers, and internal teams. Ability to explain technical concepts Multi-tasker – Stays on top of customer accounts at various lifecycle stages and contexts. Prioritizes and shifts focus – Partners well with other teams like sales, marketing, product, and support to align on customer – Interprets customer data, metrics, and feedback to provide strategic recommendations regarding the customer & Empathetic – Listens fully to customer issues and motivated to help, not just make sales. Follows through on & Objection Handling: Anticipates client objections, has the answers to negate those obstacles, and positions trade-offs to close the Techniques: Employs tactics like summarizing agreed points, offering special incentives, asking trial closing questions, requesting referrals, etc. to seal the Comparisons: Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of competitor limitations and gaps compared to own offerings when battling for -up Diligence: Persistently follows up on proposals and continues nurturing near-close opportunities to turn them into sales.
