Job Description

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Your Top Property Management Tasks:
• Monitor incoming Calls and Quickly Answer them. Tenants may call with issues that need to be quickly addressed (I will provide you with a USA phone number.)
• Call local Handyman or Contractors quicky to schedule time for them to fix tenant issues
• Manage property Management software to ensure tenants pay on time
• Manage Tenant service issues and requests
• Monitor Check and clear business email inbox
• Make a list of the most highly rated contractors, such as Handymen, Plumbers, Contractors, Landscapers etc.
• Call and Schedule appointments with contractors and book them on Google Calendar
• Update a Rental Property expenses Spreadsheet
• The Rentals Propertys we manage are in Saint Louis Missouri
• Search for New Rental Properties to can purchase Online (I will provide you with training)
• Convert Business Paper mail to Paperless mail that will be sent by email
• Call utility companies to setup a new accounts
• Submit Landlord leave on agreements to utility company’s
• Update “Trello” Project management software

Your Top Personal Assist Tasks:
• Monitor Check and clear personal email inbox
• Make lists of local highly rated local restaurants
• Call and make dinner reservations
• Book Appointments on Google Calendar
• Call and book appointments for flights, hotels, and other reservations
• Experience with Microsoft Office & Gmail is preferred
• Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job

Perks:
• You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a hourly but if you work extra hours, you will get paid extra.
• Flexible Vacation if you need time off just let me know in advance.
• Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job, I will give you a raise and bonuses.
