I am looking for a full- time English speaking Customer service / Business office support with excellent English skills. U.S. Insurance background is a plus.
Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
Perks:
– You can work as much as you want. I will pay a salary but if you work extra hours, you will get paid.
– Flexible Vacation. If you need time off just let me know.
– Opportunity to advance/get bonuses. If you do a good job, I will give you a raise and bonuses.
About Me:
I own 3 different businesses, RMB Insurance Agency, Shine O n Window Cleaning, and Mississippi Backwaters. A few years ago I stepped down from an insurance position to start an independent insurance agency. I have since grown and need assistance completing daily business tasks and client support. I have been in business and sales for over 15 years.
To apply for the job:
1.) Change the Subject Line to “Hungry to Work (insert the name of my brother who is the co-owner of here)”
2.) At the top of your message write 2-3 sentences on why you would like this position, and why you are a good fit. Do not write more than that or else your application will be deleted.
3.) Under that put the following and include the numbers to make it easy for me to read.
1.) Show me something you created or something you did that you are proud of.
2.) Share what you enjoy most in life and what is most important to you.
3.) Create a short list of different ways to have clients leave google reviews. Explain which one would be best for an insurance agency and why you believe that?
Make sure to follow all the steps above. Do not write more than what I have asked you above. If you do, I will ignore your response. If I decide to interview you, there will be a short skype call between us and a video will be required. This is a great opportunity with the ability to get bonuses and raises, so I will only look at applicants that really want the job.
