• You can work as much, up to 40 hours, or as little as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours, you will get paid.

What Will Your Role Be?
As a Sales and Customer Support Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
• Prospect Management: Build, clean, and maintain the list of potential prospects in the CRM. Call these prospects to book sales appointments for the sales team to close.
• Inventory Posting: Get pictures of inventory from stores to post online and drive sales traffic on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc. Respond to leads as they come in.
• Inbound Sales Calls: Answer inbound sales calls.
• Customer Inquiry Response: Respond to customer inquiries on Facebook, Google, website chat, and Yelp.
• Voicemail Response: Reply to voicemails that come in.
• Customer Check-in Calls: Conduct business contract customer check-in calls.
• Account Management Assistance: Assist in managing customer accounts, updating information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead Follow-up: Follow up with potential leads through emails and calls to keep them engaged.
• Client Quotes: Submit client quotes, follow up on them, and get approval.
What Do You Need?
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales or customer support role.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales platforms.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Work Ethic: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
