Excellent English Speaking Social Media Manager With Video Editing Skills

Salary: $3/h (paid bi-weekly)
Working days: Monday – Friday (flexible working time)

Looking to recruit a rockstar Social Media Strategist to manage and execute on Social Media Management tasks. Plenty of room for advancement and long term employment if you’re competent, hard working and have a creative mind. We are looking for people who value teamwork, focus and efficiency. We place more emphasis on personal traits and how you solve the required case study that applicants will submit in the application process than previous experience.

Main goal with this role:
– Generate more sales to our online-service business through content by nurturing prospects within our niche.
– Position ourselves as an authority in the market to gain more credibility.
– Bonus: build a community on discord or facebook group to create an email list.

Job roles include (but are not limited to):
– Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
– Content planning and scheduling.
– Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
– Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
– Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
– Engage with the community, answer comments, etc.
– Tracking KPI:s to optimize what’s working and get rid of what’s not.

Skills required:
– Excellent English is a MUST (both written and spoken).
– Excellent knowledge of video editing.
– Excellent copywriting skills.
– Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
– Analytical and multitasking skills.
– Bonus: Tiktok proficiency as this will be our main focus.

– Laptop/Computer with 64 bit processor (windows or mac).
– Fast and reliable internet connection.
