Job Description

We are a 5-star childcare facility. We watch up to 170 kiddos a day. We are looking for someone to join our team to help out with the administrative tasks, so we can focus a little more on our kiddos.

Job Description:

You will be doing a variety of tasks, which I am happy to walk you through and create videos to help you learn how to do them.

Top tasks will include:

*Create engaging posts and content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) three days a week.

*Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.

*Writing Articles

*Respond to emails promptly and professionally, handling inquiries and scheduling tours as needed.

*Assist with maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments.

*Assist in developing and updating employee handbooks and portfolios.

We would prefer a FULL-TIME employee, but I am willing to work around part-time schedules if it is the right fit.

Pay will be determined by experience, but will start at no less than $8 an hour.
