Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the sales agenda of Redsis, an IT services provider based in the United States. The specific tasks will include identifying potential clients that would be interested in the services of a fulfilment centre, creating lists of leads from various sources, researching these leads, ranking them, nurturing them through email, and scheduling calls to prequalify them. The candidates that meet the criteria will then be passed on to a business development manager from Redsis to clarify needs and create a proposal. The marketing executive will also need to understand certain IT skills and work with applications that will help make the tasks efficient.
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients that would be interested in the services of a fulfilment centre through website scrapes, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other Google searches as required.
• Seek companies that are specifically looking for fulfilment services or could benefit from fulfilment services.
• Create lists of leads from various sources.
• Research these leads, ranking them, nurturing them through email, and scheduling calls to prequalify them.
• Pass the candidates that meet the criteria onto to a business development manager from Redsis to clarify needs and create a proposal.
• Understand certain IT skills and work with applications that will help make the tasks efficient, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Dynamics, or any other CRM.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote order fulfilment and warehousing services.
• Generate leads and close deals with potential clients.
• Manage the marketing budget.
• Track and measure the results of marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Stay up to date on marketing trends.
• Create and manage marketing content, such as website content, blog posts, and social media posts.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, knowledge about order fulfilment and warehousing industry.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in social media marketing and other digital marketing channels.
• Understanding of IT concepts and applications, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Dynamics, or any other CRM.
• Self-motivated and able to solve problems and innovate.
• Results-oriented and a fast learner.
• Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks to create required revenues.
