Position Overview:
As a Bookkeeper and/or accountant, you have these qualities we are looking for: INTEGRITY, can work EFFICIENTLY, can deliver QUALITY RESULTS, ACCOUNTABLE with exceptional organizational skills, and with STRONG English communication working in a fast paced environment. Having someone who has a background with Real Estate Investment, How to Create Self-directed IRA, Insurance, 401k is a BONUS. You will handle Bank reconciliation, manage quickbooks accounts, manage bank accounts, preparing and compiling tax documents or any documents that involves financial side of the business.
Qualifications:
– Willingness to learn and adapt to the executive’s preferences, company culture, and specific needs with minimal supervision.
– Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Bookkeeper and/or accountant supporting high-level executives.
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (GDoc, GSheet, Google Calendar, Gmail)
– VERY SHARP, UNDERSTANDS, AND CAN GRASP NEW INFORMATION VERY QUICKLY
-Experience working with US client and graveyard shift
– Must have Excellent English.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
– A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
– This is a long-term position
