I am the CEO of Heal Your Nervous System, the leading digital program for highly sensitive people who want to heal their nervous system from anxiety, burnout, and chronic symptoms. I’m looking for an awesome customer support specialist who will be available to do the following tasks:
1) Embody the company’s core values of empathy and integrity during all interactions with customers and the wider online community, aiming to meet and exceed their expectations.
2) Monitor and track all incoming customer requests through email and our digital program’s private community platform. Be prepared to conduct phone calls with customers for more personalized support occasionally.
3) Efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all times.
4) Escalate issues to other team members when they require more specialized attention, following our guidelines for escalation.
5) Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our product to assist better and inform clients.
6) Provide behind-the-scenes support for our Coaches during weekly live sessions on Zoom.
7) Monitor and respond to direct messages on Facebook and Instagram, as well as emails from our broader online community.
8) Use Slack to stay in touch with me and the team.
9) Keep to deadlines and be reliable.

Interview process:
1. I review your application
2. We will have a video call (please have a camera on; make sure you are in a place without too much external noise). I will look at your attention to detail, your internet, work conditions, and your communication skills.
3. I will contact your references (please don’t share references of your friends. It has to be a company)
4. If you pass a video call interview and references, I will give you a paid trial assignment to work with us for 1 week.
