About Us:

We are a successful business owner with two companies: Michigan Street LLC, operating in the Airbnb industry, and Amaltas Med LLC, providing physician locums work. Our team is committed to excellence and efficiency in both realms, and we need a talented Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across the spectrum.

Role Overview:

As an Expert Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities for both Michigan Street LLC and Amaltas Med LLC. Your critical thinking and organizational skills will be put to the test as you ensure smooth operations and assist in managing various aspects of our businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

– For Michigan Street LLC (Airbnb):
– Schedule and coordinate kids’ activities, enroll them in summer camps and school registrations.
– Order groceries online and handle household logistics.
– Coordinate with babysitters for date nights and manage schedules accordingly.
– Schedule pest control and property management activities.
– Find and coordinate with contractors for property repairs.

For Amaltas Med LLC (Physician Locums work):

– Respond to emails and confirm physician shifts.
– Assist with physician credentialing and keep medical licenses up to date.
– Reconcile QuickBooks for tax preparation.
– Ensure timely renewal of LLC documents.
– Order coffee/meals during low-time situations.
– Submit locums hours timesheets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, handling diverse tasks for multiple entities.
– Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
– Thorough and proactive, anticipating needs before they arise.
– Strong organizational abilities to manage complex tasks and schedules.
– Creative mindset to handle various situations and challenges.
– Excellent interpersonal skills, being a people person to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Working Hours:
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST
