THE ROLE:
As our Project Manager for the Content Creation Team, you’ll be the linchpin that keeps our projects running smoothly and our team inspired. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from webinars to online courses, ensuring that everything we release is of the highest quality and delivered on time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead and manage content creation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and to our high standards.
* Coordinate with our copywriters, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution.
* Conduct research and collate materials for upcoming projects.
* Create and manage gsheets, artwork, and other project materials.
* Proofread content and ensure it meets our quality standards.
* Set up online courses, CRM checkouts, email campaigns, and automations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in a content creation or marketing setting.
* Strong familiarity with ClickUp for project management.
* MUST HAVE Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines, including our bi-weekly webinar releases.
* Creative flair and a good eye for design.
* MUST be availability to work 11:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday USA time (PST), with flexibility for additional hours if needed.
