Job Title: Quality Analyst
Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Salary: $5 per hour (Subject to increase based on performance and company needs)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst to join our team, specializing in CRM operations with a focus on Go High Level Sub Accounts. The ideal candidate will not only be an expert in Go High Level CRM but will also possess a supervisory role, ensuring the Lead Placement Team’s responsibilities are executed accurately and proactively correcting any mistakes.
Responsibilities:
– Tag Verification: Ensure that all tags on contacts are correctly assigned and align with established standards.
– Call and Response Validation: Review calls and responses of the Lead Placement Team to ensure accuracy and adherence to protocols.
– Lead Placement Team Supervision: Monitor and supervise the Lead Placement Team’s activities, ensuring they are fulfilling their responsibilities correctly.
– Proactive Error Correction: Take on a supervisory role by not only understanding the responsibilities of the Lead Placement Team but also actively ensuring they are executed accurately. Proactively correct any mistakes and provide guidance to enhance performance.
– Prompt Call Handling: Check and verify if Lead Placement Callers answer calls promptly, and ensure that lead information is accurately collected.
– CRM Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Go High Level CRM functionalities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in lead placement processes.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience with CRM systems, specifically Go High Level.
– Proven experience in a supervisory role, ensuring team members adhere to responsibilities.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proven track record of ensuring quality and accuracy in similar roles.
Working Hours:
20 hours per week
