Exceptional Social Media Graphic Designer

I need an exceptional social media manager to create reels, posts, carousels and stories using my branding for 3 different businesses and GROW my audience.

About you:

* Creative, with an exceptional eye for what looks GOOD
* Looking for a long term role in a company that’s heart based and ready to scale to the moon! ????
* Understands how to follow brand guidelines and vision for content
* Can work with Canva to create engaging on brand content,
* have a great system for managing social media in Asana
* Great at repurposing Zoom calls and podcast episodes into great social media content – fast worker
* Reliable, friendly, good attention to detail and PROACTIVE
*You know Instagram, Facebook Groups, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube inside out!

Tasks:

* create on brand social media content including, posts, stories & reels
* grow social media accounts using tried and tested methods for engagement, engage with other accounts
* Basic video editing of provided videos, podcast recorded videos to create social media content
* solid understanding of social media metrics and can take engaging copy and messaging and turn it into awesome reels & content
* happy to come up with engaging create ideas for content and proactively ask the boss for what You need in terms of video content
