The Virtual Assistant position has the potential to be a stepping stone into our other entrepreneurial endeavors, which include a digital marketing agency, European curated tours, and Italian food imports.

Qualities Needed:
Skills can be learned and perfected over time, but integrity, commitment, and a desire to learn are essential qualities.

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to the team and me. If you can’t hit a deadline or make a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human, after all.

Commitment. We want this to be a long-term relationship. This position is not for you if you only want a few months of work.

Desire to Learn. We are a small and nimble team. We want people open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you’re not excited about improving your talents and learning new skills, this is not for you.

Initial Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate bookings and driver availability
• Gather itinerary information from guests
• Build itineraries in our system
• Finalize calendar invites
• Manage the entire process except for actually driving the guests (kind of far away for that) and building bespoke itineraries

Important Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently
• Customer service-oriented mindset, constantly striving to exceed client expectations
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite
• Previous experience in the wine, hospitality, or tourism industries is a definite plus

Work Schedule and Holidays:
This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, with the specific days being flexible. We operate in the Pacific Time Zone GMT -7, and at least half of your working time should be spent during the day in our time zone. You’ll qualify for vacation and sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.

Perks and Benefits:
After the 6-month probation, you will qualify for the 13th month.
