As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of our practice, playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and outstanding patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

First-Class Patient Communication: You will be the first point of contact for our patients, handling incoming calls with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Your exceptional communication skills will ensure that patients feel valued and cared for from the very beginning.

Efficient Appointment Scheduling: Using our cutting-edge online scheduling system, you will skillfully manage appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow and accommodating their individual needs.

Meticulous Record Management: Accuracy is paramount in patient records. You will diligently maintain and update patient information to ensure a comprehensive and organized system.

Responsive Patient Support: Responding to patient inquiries via email and phone will be a core aspect of your role, offering compassionate and informative support that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Smooth Insurance Processing: You will verify insurance information and expertly handle patient payments, ensuring a seamless billing process and peace of mind for our patients.

Assist with Administrative Duties: Your adaptability and efficiency will shine as you assist with various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our practice.

Requirements:

Excellence in Communication: Your proficiency in English, both written and verbal, will enable you to communicate effectively with patients and team members alike.

Authorization, and Documentation Expertise: The ideal candidate must possess experience and proficiency in handling Authorizations, including sending and receiving Plan of Care documentation. Additionally, the ability to manage and fulfill Medical Record requests is a critical aspect of this role. Demonstrating knowledge and competence in these areas will contribute significantly to the efficient functioning of our practice and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
