We are looking for a professional, creative and fun, audio-loving VA / Social Media Manager who loves interacting with people online and spreading the love of audio online!
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. B2B Marketing Strategy targeting new clients and Advertising Industry Professionals like Media Agencies and Brands
2. Collaborate with the founder to create Audio posts that are engaging
3. Manage and oversee social media content on LinkedIn, Insta, Tiktok
4. Measure the success of every social media campaign
5. Show month-on-month engagement and increase in followers across all platforms.
6. Blog Writing to increase SEO on website
Your skills –
1. A fast learner – efficiency is absolutely key to success in this role
2. A great communicator
3. Proven ability to grow audiences at scale across social media platforms.
4. Experience with B2B Marketing
4. Love of all things Audio from Music, Podcasts and Digital Radio
I need you to be proficient with these platforms –
? Canva – we use Canva to build our posts and then share via PLANN ()
? PLANN – I can teach you this as it’s a new social platform for sharing. It makes life easier to share social posts.
? Microsoft Excel
? Gmail and other email applications
? Google Docs
? Google Sheets
? Google Slides

Work Schedule –
This is a part-time position. Work hours are 3 – 4 hours a day. This position could become full-time for the right candidate.
