Job Description

We’re thrilled to announce an opening on our team! As an industry leader in Amazon FBA listing optimization and PPC management, we’re passionate about the two key success drivers in this space: traffic and conversions. If you are as well, read on!

We’re seeking an assertive and articulate professional with a solid understanding of Amazon pay per click ads, listings, and the overall Amazon ecosystem. If you’re a natural leader with an ability to understand the intricacies of Amazon’s success, you might be the perfect fit!

Your primary role will involve direct communication with our clients, providing updates on account progress, addressing emerging issues, and steering our in-house team on future actions. You won’t be doing the behind-the-scenes work, but instead leading the way and ensuring our clients’ needs are met with precision and efficiency.

Typical responsibilities will include:

– Delegating and prioritizing tasks to PPC and listing managers.
– Keeping clients updated on account progress and addressing any concerns.
– Providing email and phone support to clients.
– Onboarding new clients through Zoom.
– Hosting monthly strategy meetings with clients over Zoom.
– Leading and participating in weekly operations meetings.

Key Qualifications:

– Proficient understanding of Amazon FBA and success strategies.
– Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
– Fluency in English, with impeccable grammar and pronunciation.
– Proven experience in project management.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

– Sales and customer service experience.

Initially, the position will be part-time, roughly from 1pm to 5pm Eastern Time, US. However, as we continue to expand our client base, we expect this role to transition into a full-time opportunity. We’re open to slight adjustments in the schedule if needed. Your starting remuneration will be commensurate with your experience and there’s plenty of room for growth!
