Role Objectives:
The Creative Ads Project Manager will act as the essential liaison among our creative and execution teams, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept through to completion. This role demands a proactive approach to managing multiple projects, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain a high work pace.
Specific Responsibilities:
Facilitate effective communication and project flow between the copywriter, media buyer, and video editors.
Utilize TRELLO and SLACK for project management and team collaboration, maintaining clear and organized project tracking.
Participate in weekly ZOOM meetings to discuss project updates, strategies, and team alignment.
Independently manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and output aligns with our high standards.
Engage in training sessions, both video and documented processes, and shadow current team members to quickly come up to speed with our operations.
Collaboration:
Success in this role relies on strong collaboration skills, using tools like SLACK, TRELLO, and ZOOM to keep in touch and aligned with the team’s goals and timelines.
Experience and Skills Required:
Proven experience in project management, ideally within a creative or advertising setting.
Familiarity with digital advertising workflows and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
